So, I was going back and forth on whether or not to post this for a couple of days, before finally realizing that it had been on repeat the entire time I was trying to decide and, that it is fucking awesome. The Numbs is the project of Seattle resident Jeff Johnson Whom I was surprised was also involved in U as well as contributed [somehow (?)] to Naomi Punk’s most recent record The Feeling, which I LOVE. “King Bug” is a track that would sit uncomfortably compared in between Renaldo and the Loaf and Oneohtrix Point Never, and although that is as close as a comparison as I can make, it is still a bit off… Either way, if you are a fan of those two, you will most likely enjoy this. “King Bug” is taken from The Numbs recently released cassette, out now via Couple Skate.
