Dotropolis is 1/2 of Chicago, IL based Hip Hop duo R.J. and Technique. Upon first listen to the track "Baboon Face" I couldn't quite decide how I felt about it, but something kept me listening, and by the end of the track I was ready to throw it on repeat. The track was graced with production by L.A.'s own Flying Lotus and fits quite well paired with Dotropolis' unique flow. "I'm not a star, somebody lied, I got a chopper in the car but it's for the zombie invasion..." Watch and Listen...

Not quite sure what exactly is going on in this new Guards music video for the track "Do It Again" but according to the sleeveless hesher at the end of the video, I just experienced the "Get down, to boogy town" which, I guess is completely true. Well it's good to see that surf rock is still alive and well, even if it's coming from Denver, CO. SAUNA's 4 song "Teen Angst Tape" is making me wish for summer.
