Doug Biggert Interview

I have know Doug since i was 12 years old. While working at Flatspot, a skateshop in Sacramento, (now out of business) Doug would occasionally bring by assorted photos of skaters from the 80's, old skate magazines and other skate memorabilia we would never otherwise be able to get our hands on. He would take photos of us skating in the street, graffiti around the building, homeless people, chalk drawings on the sidewalk, shadows, everything he found of interest. He has stories for days, and has done and seen everything i wish i could have. His collection of photos could document entire lives. He has a book out published by HUSSON entitled Hitchhikers, and recently, selected photos from the book were published in the 2009 VICE magazine photo issue...
